Christmas is a time of strong family traditions and celebrations that honor the meaning of the season. It causes us to think of special people who have touched our lives and our desire to express heartfelt thoughts and feelings through giving. Each year we invite the community to Share the Spirit by sponsoring the Share the Spirit event or by sponsoring lights on the Winnsboro community Christmas tree to honor or remember a loved one (see who is being recognized in 2011!). Funds raised help homeless Franklin Parish families. Funds raised help more families get the help they need to get a new start in a home free of violence.
