Housing and Supportive Services Case Manager: Position will work with the families to develop a plan to address immediate and long term needs of getting and maintaining housing as well as working to overcome barriers that hinder stability. It is preferred that the case manager have a master’s degree, particularly in the Mental Health field. A working knowledge of veteran specific mental health issues is also preferred. Intake and Supportive Services Specialist: Position will provide supportive services to Veterans and their families through ensuring an efficient flow of services for clients, visitors and callers by coordinating the intake process, assessing needs and determining priorities, as well as coordinating and teaching Veteran-specific life skills classes. Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field with minimum of 5 years experience working with veterans.
